앱에서 즉시 삭제
TranStream 앱의 설정 · 지원 → 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 로그인한 계정과 개인 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 요청한 삭제는 확인 즉시 처리됩니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우
앱을 사용할 수 없다면 아래 링크로 가입 이메일과 “계정 삭제 요청”을 보내주세요. 본인 확인 후 요청을 처리하며, 통상 30일 이내에 계정과 관련 개인 데이터를 삭제합니다.

삭제 및 보관 범위
계정 삭제가 완료되면 프로필, 로그인 정보, 문의, 커뮤니티 게시물·댓글, 저장한 설정 및 계정에 연결된 개인 서비스 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 남은 번역 시간은 사용할 수 없으며 복구되지 않습니다.
법적 의무, 결제·환불·분쟁 처리 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 아래의 최소 기록만 별도로 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 보관 기록은 서비스 제공이나 마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 계약·청약철회, 결제 및 디지털 서비스 공급 기록: 거래일로부터 5년
- 소비자 불만 및 분쟁 처리 기록: 처리 완료일로부터 3년
- 부정 이용 및 보안 대응을 위한 가명 계정 식별값·사용 시간·무결성 기록: 계정 삭제일로부터 최대 5년
Delete in the app
Open Settings & Support → Account → Delete account in the TranStream app to delete the signed-in account and associated personal data. Requests made in the app are processed immediately.
If you cannot access the app
Email the address used for your account and state that you are requesting account deletion. After verifying the request, we normally complete deletion within 30 days.
Limited retention
Profile, sign-in data, support requests, community posts and comments, saved settings, and other personal service data are deleted. Remaining translation time cannot be used or restored after deletion.
- Contract, cancellation, payment, and digital-service supply records: 5 years from the transaction date.
- Consumer complaint and dispute-resolution records: 3 years from completion.
- Pseudonymous account identifiers, usage-duration, integrity, and security records used for fraud prevention: up to 5 years from account deletion.
Retained records are used only for legal compliance, payment or refund processing, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. They are not used to provide the service or for marketing.
