Criterios de tiempo de traducción y servicio

TranStream ofrece traducción de voz y chat en tiempo real. Estas normas explican el uso del servicio y el consumo de tiempo.

Traducción de voz

• El tiempo solo se descuenta mientras la traducción está activa.
• No se descuenta tiempo si cancelas antes de iniciar la conexión.
• Si la conexión se interrumpe, se limpia la sesión y se restaura el tiempo reservado no utilizado.

Reglas de consumo de tiempo

• La traducción de voz consume tiempo solo mientras hay una sesión activa, medido por segundos.
• No se consume tiempo si cancelas antes de elegir una fuente o si la conexión falla antes de empezar.
• Al iniciar una sesión se reserva tiempo en bloques de 60 segundos y se ajusta al uso real al finalizar.
• Si se cierra el navegador, se pierde la conexión o termina el audio, se restaura el tiempo reservado no utilizado.
• El tiempo está vinculado a la cuenta y no se puede transferir. El tiempo no utilizado de una compra reembolsada puede retirarse.

Speaker-colored captions

Speaker colors are optional and off by default. Colors appear only when the engine identifies speaker turns; they do not represent gender or identity, and accuracy may vary with the audio.

Traducción del chat

El tiempo de traducción del chat se calcula según la longitud del texto enviado. Las solicitudes fallidas no consumen tiempo.

Initial-use protection, payments and refunds

• For up to 48 hours after the first paid purchase on either web or app, an initial-use protection limit of up to 3 hours of combined web-and-app translation usage in the previous rolling 24 hours may apply. It ends automatically after 48 hours and is not reapplied on later purchases. Purchased remaining translation time is retained when the rolling allowance is reached.
• Long-term APEX or higher accounts bypass this initial-use protection time limit based on actual accumulated usage. Payment verification, refund or chargeback abuse controls, account enforcement and global capacity limits still apply to every tier.
• When a refund or chargeback is confirmed, unused translation time linked to that order may be revoked. Repeated abnormal refund behavior after meaningful use may result in review, suspension or permanent restriction.
• For certain payment disputes that Google Play asks developers to review, TranStream may submit actual service-usage information and a refund preference to Google; the payment platform makes the final decision.
• Platform-provided app-integrity and device-risk signals may be used to prevent abuse. Internal detection thresholds are not disclosed.

Events and free-time coupons

Events and coupons may be limited to one redemption per account or other stated conditions. Tiers do not provide permanent price discounts; rewards may instead be issued as free translation time. Promotional time cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
